SHIPPING + DELIVERY:

 

Hair Kouture processes and ships all orders within 7-14 business days. Once shipped you will receive tracking via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated once shipped.

RETURNS + EXCHANGE:

There are No refunds or exchanges due to clean sanitary protocols. (we cannot accept hair back once customer has received correct order.) An exchange will only be accepted if it’s a mistake from Hair Kouture Hair Company. (Ex: if you receive the wrong order then you can send us back the wrong order to receive your correct order. All orders must be still be intact. No opening or tampering with hair. If Hair is tampered with, we can not accept.) if tags are removed or packages have been opened or torn, we cannot accept.

Customer service hours are M-F 10am-6pm Via Email. if there is a Holiday that following week we will respond to emails on that weekend.
